Technical Support

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link to create a new password. The link will expire in 24 hours for security reasons. For added security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
What browsers are supported?
Our platform supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated to ensure the best experience and security. Internet Explorer 11 is also supported but with limited functionality. For optimal performance, we recommend Chrome 90+ or Firefox 88+.
How do I update my account information?
Log into your account and navigate to "Account Settings". From there, you can update your personal information, contact details, and preferences. Changes to your email address will require verification. For security purposes, certain changes may require additional authentication steps.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for larger contracts. All transactions are encrypted and secure. For enterprise clients, we also offer invoicing with net-30 terms.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations. Annual subscribers receive a prorated refund if canceled within 30 days.
How do I get an invoice for my purchase?
Invoices are automatically generated and sent to your email after each payment. You can also access and download all your past invoices from the "Billing History" section in your account. For custom invoices or multiple payment methods, please contact our billing department.
